Ebooks are delivered instantly — there is no email link to wait for and nothing to install. The moment your order goes through, the book is added to Your Library right here on this site. Just sign in with the email address you used at checkout and it will be waiting for you.

You can start reading straight away in our built-in reader, which works in any modern browser on your phone, tablet, or computer. It remembers where you left off, so you can put your phone down and pick the story back up on your tablet at the same page.

Prefer to read somewhere else? Every ebook in Your Library also has a “Download EPUB” button. Download the file and open it in whatever reading app you already use — Apple Books, Google Play Books, Kobo, or any other app that reads EPUB files.

Want it on your Kindle or in the Amazon Kindle app? Each ebook in Your Library has a “Send to Kindle” option that gives you your own BookFunnel link. Open that link and follow the short steps BookFunnel walks you through, and it will deliver the book to your Kindle or Kindle app for you.

If a book you purchased is not showing up, first make sure you are signed in with the same email address you used at checkout. If it is still missing, email dianna@diannahoux.com and we will get it sorted out for you.

Digital Products (Ebooks & Audiobooks)

All digital products are delivered instantly and are non-refundable. Because digital files cannot be returned once delivered, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or credits on any ebook or audiobook purchase. Please double-check your order before completing checkout.

If you accidentally purchased the wrong format, please reach out and we will do our best to help.

Physical Products (Paperbacks, Special Editions, Bundles)

All physical product sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, duplicate orders, or buyer’s remorse.

We do not accept physical products that are returned to us without prior written authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be processed and no refund will be issued.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at dianna@diannahoux.com with the following: your full name, your order number, a description of the damage, and photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will review your request and, at our discretion, either send a replacement or work with you on a resolution. Damage claims submitted after 48 hours may not be honored.

Please note that minor cosmetic wear on specialty finishes (such as foil stamping on dust jackets) resulting from normal handling is not considered damage and is not eligible for replacement.
