Shipping

If you purchase an ebook, it will be added to your account Library immediately after checkout and is read directly in your browser. You will also receive an order confirmation email at the address you provided at checkout, but the ebook itself is delivered through your Library — not as an email attachment.

Physical books will be shipped by a third-party provider, typically within 7-14 business days. The Dianna Houx Shop cannot be held liable for delays caused by shipping companies. If there are delays, you can reach out to us at: dianna@diannahoux.com and we will do our best to provide status updates.

All other physical products will be shipped by the Dianna Houx Shop and will process in 3-5 business days.
