All books, except for the special editions, are printed and shipped by Bookvault, a printing company located in Ohio. The time it takes from the moment the order is placed, to the moment it is delivered to your door is typically two weeks. We are not responsible for delays due to holidays, natural disasters, or post office issues.

All sales are final. We do not accept refunds.

Digital Products (Ebooks & Audiobooks)

All digital products are delivered instantly and are non-refundable. Because digital files cannot be returned once delivered, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or credits on any ebook or audiobook purchase. Please double-check your order before completing checkout.

If you accidentally purchased the wrong format, please reach out and we will do our best to help.

Physical Products (Paperbacks, Special Editions, Bundles)

All physical product sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, duplicate orders, or buyer’s remorse.

We do not accept physical products that are returned to us without prior written authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be processed and no refund will be issued.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at dianna@diannahoux.com with the following: your full name, your order number, a description of the damage, and photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will review your request and, at our discretion, either send a replacement or work with you on a resolution. Damage claims submitted after 48 hours may not be honored.

Please note that minor cosmetic wear on specialty finishes (such as foil stamping on dust jackets) resulting from normal handling is not considered damage and is not eligible for replacement.
