Behind the Stories
The Real Places Behind Winterwood
A collection of quiet roads, charming storefronts, old houses, festive details, and small-town moments that helped inspire the fictional town of Winterwood.
A Note from the Author
Every Story Begins Somewhere
Winterwood may be fictional, but pieces of it can be found in the places I visit, the buildings that catch my eye, and the photographs I take along the way. These images are not exact locations from the books. They are sparks of inspiration— the colors, textures, seasons, and welcoming small-town spirit that helped Winterwood come to life.
