They always say you should write what you know, so since I live in a rural, small Midwestern town, my books take place in one too! My books include all the things that make small towns so charming: a historic downtown street, quirky shop owners, an everyone-knows-everyone vibe, and a willingness to come together to support each other.
Each book in this series focuses not only on the holiday, but on the relationships between the characters. It highlights the importance of communication, forgiveness, and second chances. And since I'm a sucker for a good redemption story, you'll find a few of those, too!
